Last Saturday saw the Lanna Juniors come out in force once again.
Lanna Rugby Club is slowly developing a fantastic set of U13’s and U16’s players. Since the beginning of the season the Juniors have developed week upon week.  Lately the young recruits have learnt the basis of a good ruck and why it is important.

Over the coming week the coaches hope to get the Juniors to know how to perform all the basics to prepare them for combat in their first match. Due to COVID, this may not happen for sometime, however this could work out as an advantage. It gives the coaches more time to work in some much needed skills and drills work to ensure the Juniors come out fighting!

Excellent work so far Juniors, Keep up the hard work. The future looks bright here at LRC!
