What an amazing weekend for everyone, but especially for Lanna! As the host club, we showed up in numbers.

The Lions had two full squads for the tournament and both teams played their hearts out in muddy conditions all day long. In the end, one squad finished as the shield runner up against CMU and the other squad finished as the cup runner up against the Royal Thai Police Rugby Club.

The Lionesses brought a full team of 14 women, with 6 being new this year. Several of our own also stepped up to help our SEA Barbarian friends. The camaraderie felt tangible with this tight-knit squad and the smiles were seen at every step. Going to the finals was a cherry on top.

And our cubs got to play in front of a full stadium! The co-ed age groups went to head to head with full contact and made some stellar plays.

We want to thank all of our supporters, the volunteers and everyone who made this great event happen!
