If your child is 3 years – 6 years old they are perfect for this team.

Not only will they be learning about rugby but valuable social and motor skills along the way too.

Join us between June to February for a fun filled practice.
Saturday at LRC Home Ground: 9:30AM – 10:30PM

LRC CUBS

If your child is 7 years – 9 years old they are perfect for this team.

The children begin their road to contact rugby in a safe environment.
They will continually be learning valuable social and motor skills as well.

Join us between June to February for a fun filled practice.
Saturday at LRC Home Ground: 9:30AM – 10:30AM

LRC Juniors

We are developing 4 junior teams currently.
U13 Boys | U13 Girls | U16 Boys | U16 Girls

U13/U16 – Children between 10-12 years/13-15 years old can join this age group.
The players begin to learn how to play full contact rugby. Scrums, rucks, mauls, the lot, developing a fuller understanding of the game.

Join us between June to February for a high intensity practice.
Saturday at LRC Home Ground: 9:30AM – 11:30AM

LRC Academy

We are developing 2 academy teams currently:
U18 Boys | U18 Girls

Children between 16-18 years old can join this age group.
The players will be refining their abilities to become fully rounded players, enabling a smooth transition through to senior level.

Join us between June to February for a high intensity practice.
Every Saturday at LRC Home Ground: 9:30AM – 11:30AM

Lanna lionesses

The Lionesses are our fearless women’s team. It is open age rugby that starts at 18 years old and has no end limit!
They practice weekly to play competitive matches all over Thailand.

Join them every:
Thursday at Suthep Stadium:   6:00PM – 7:00PM
Saturday at LRC Home Ground:  11:00AM – 1:00PM

The Lions are our fear inducing men’s team. It is open age rugby that starts at 18 years old and has no end limit!

They practice each week and compete all over Thailand.

Join them every:
Thursday at Box Stadium:            6:00pm-7:00pm 
Saturday at LRC Home Ground:    11:00am-1:00pm
